it use to be incredible TTS ... recently it updated and now after every paragraph. or sentence the speech pause is awful. it means a 1 to 2 second pause every 2 to 3 seconds of reading. makes books so robotic. disjointed and really annoying to listen to. especially since I've been using this app for years, and now it plays like this. It's super frustrating.

I found ReadEra Premium while looking for a low cost alternative to BookFusion. BookFusion's subscription fees were too high for me. But I wanted an app that would sync my books between devices. ReadEra Premium is the best. For a one time fee, I can sync all of my books across all of my devices using my Google Drive to store my books. This app is awesome. Support is good too. I emailed them a question and they got back to me within 48 hours.

I love the text-to-speech voice. Being able to have that keep going with the screen off was why I bought the app and it has absolutely lived up to expectations. It's great being able to keep reading my books while doing chores and seamlessly switch back to reading when I'm ready. I was able to pick an Aussie accented one too which is perfect.

I've been using the premium version for a long time now. It's a fantastic app, I'd like to see an option for e-ink devices that refreshes the screen on page turns. Where you can set it to refresh every how many pages turned you like. I use the sync feature between my phone and e-ink tablet. It's excellent.

This is one of the most useful tools I've had the good fortune to install. I used the free version for only a few days before purchasing the paid version. While I do have a huge Kindle library, they don't trust their customers with the full version of the books they buy, so they should not be surprised that I value those who do. Project Gutenberg, Humble Bundle, the Von Mises Library, and a mort of others make an app like ReadEra outright essential. Combined with Calibre, it's a treasure!

Customization. Design lacks colorful icons, or reducing the amount of them in side menu or moving them into a grid. App lacks dates of quote creation next to the created book highlights.

This app is solid, except for its TTS, which is the main reason I downloaded it. I'd like to see a user defined dictionary for how to pronounce certain words (like Prestigio), maybe using some sort of regex match. It would also be nice if you could have a global dictionary that applies to every doc and specific ones that you could choose which documents it applies to. It mispronounces so many words that some books are impossible to use this with.

Despite claiming that it can sync data via Google Drive, the initial data must be in the phone first. This defeats the whole purpose of having cloud services. We normally store a large amount of data. For me this includes a number of e-books in the cloud, and I thought that the premium version can download it off Google Drive, but no. I need to download into my phone first. Then upload it again back again in order to enable sync. Otherwise, I have nothing against this app.

I love this app and use it almost every day. It's the slickest reader and I have tried many. UX feature request - when reading PDFs and turning pages with a Bluetooth clicker, the app moves forward exactly one screen at a time. This makes it hard to read the line of text at the pagination boundary. Please move instead by 95% of a screen to avoid this issue.

This awesome app lets you export all your highlights and notes on each book onto another app. One point that other users might find helpful; "If the number of notes in the book is very large, then when using the share function, the application saves them to a file and not to the clipboard, since the clipboard does not fit everything. Thus, with a large number of notes when using the share function, you need to choose not a notepad or text editor, but an application that can receive a text file"

A fantastic app that I'm glad I paid for! The only thing I wish it did is allow me to zoom on pages without having to hold down on the page first (ie; pinch to zoom at any point) The reason I would like to see this added is because I use it to read comic books, and sometimes I need to zoom in to read the panels or look at the finer details Definitely a great app nevertheless :)
